1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
.5 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
.25 teaspoon sea salt
Dash garlic salt
Dash freshly ground black pepper
1 pound zucchini, edges trimmed and thinly sliced
method
Place all ingredients, except zucchini, in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
Place zucchini in a shallow dish, pour the marinade over, and let sit for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat a grill to medium heat.
Grill the zucchini for 3 minutes on each side, until tender and bright green.
